Bournemouth v Brighton – Both Teams to Score at 20/23
After winning their first Premier League match, Brighton are on a high ahead of their south coast derby match against Bournemouth. The Cherries are in desperate need of a win but with their shaky defence, they will have to score more than once to secure one against the Seagulls.
Watford v Man City – Over 2.5 Goals at 8/15
Watford are flying high under new manager Marco Silva. The Hornets are unbeaten in the league so far and will be full of confidence when Pep Guardiola and his Man City team visit Vicarage Road on Saturday. Watford are yet to win a game at home this season and changing that will be very difficult against Man City. Still, Watford have enough about them to make the game competitive by scoring in a game that should contain chances at both ends.
West Brom v West Ham – Both Teams to Score at 19/20
A direct style of play worked very well for West Ham and their under fire manager, Slaven Bilic, on Monday night. It wasn’t pretty but the Irons got the win they so desperately needed against Huddersfield. Following that up with another win against West Brom won’t be easy but they should be able to get on the scoresheet at the Hawthorns. Stopping the Baggies from piercing a vulnerable defence is another matter entirely.
Chelsea v Arsenal – Chelsea to Win at 4/5
Arsenal did not enjoy their day out at Stamford Bridge last weekend. The Gunners were comfortably beaten 3-1 and could well be in for a similarly chastening afternoon on Sunday. Arsenal were very poor against Liverpool and it’s hard to see where the required levels of improvement will come from. Chelsea tore into Qarabag at home on Tuesday and with their collective dander up, the Blues are in line for another morale boosting win in this fierce London derby.
Man Utd v Everton – Under 2.5 Goals at 19/20
Everton know all about the difficulties of juggling European football with their Premier League campaign. The Toffees are already looking sluggish in the league following their Europa League qualifying campaign and face a tough game against Man Utd just days after an away game against Atalanta. Ronald Koeman’s men will set out first and foremost to be defensively solid and they should be able to keep scoring down against Man Utd.
